Just waiting time could be improved but I think they were short staffed with nurses on the day I visited. The waiting area could also be improved it was very small. Staff were great though once seen!.

I'm still waiting to be seen by a doctor 2 hours and 45 minutes after arriving. A nurse has just informed us that the 1 and only doctor here has had to go and do emergency laser operation. They can give no idea when we will be seen. No one informed me or any other person here on arrival there was only 1 doctor! If it were not that I have little vision in one eye I would leave!!

Very helpful & quick - very efficient.
